Our Port Charlotte/North Port Model Home and Sales Center features two fully furnished models, our Boca Grande and our Sebring.

At 2,189 square feet of living area, the Boca Grande is the largest of our standard models. The Boca features 2,939 total square feet and is a three bedroom, two bath, two car garage home with an office, family room, breakfast nook, formal living room, formal dining room, kitchen, screened lanai and large laundry room. This model also features a beautiful swimming pool and lanai area. This home is large, open and airy and has great living space. It is perfect for the Florida Lifestyle.

The Sebring is the smallest three bedroom, two bath, two car garage model that we build. The Sebring features 1,406 square feet of living area and 2,053 square feet total that includes a great room, breakfast nook, kitchen, formal dining room, screened lanai, and laundry room. The Sebring is a great value in a smaller package.

Sales Center hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm, Sunday 12 pm to 4 pm, closed on Mondays.

Our Lehigh Acres Model Home and Sales Center features our very popular Biscayne model. The Biscayne is 1,945 square feet of living area and 2,738 square feet total. It features a large great room, three bedrooms, two baths, study, kitchen, laundry and large screened lanai. The guest bath is perfectly located to become a pool bath should you decide to add a pool since it opens directly onto the screened lanai. This model is fully furnished and features one of DMI’s features a large screened lanai and swimming pool.
