Our sister company, The Triad Group, Inc., www.triadgroupgc.com, is a general contractor building in Southwest Florida since 1981. Triad specializes in commercial and custom residential construction, remodeling, additions, and leasehold build outs. In addition Triad provides services to DMI in several trades. Most builders today do not have the advantage of their own in house well-trained crews, everything is done by sub contractors. Because Triad and DMI have common ownership this gives DMI a unique advantage over it’s competition and an incredible amount of control over these trades resulting in superior quality, consistency, and timely completion of DMI homes with our well-trained staff.
THE DMI/TRIAD TEAM
Triad employs their own crews of craftsmen and technicians including master carpenters, stucco/plaster techs, & master painters. Triad also has a custom cabinet division. Most of the work on DMI jobs is handled with our own crews minimizing our reliance on outside sub contractors.
CARPENTRY
Triad’s talented and experienced crews of carpenters can accomplish any carpentry project. We can install any type of custom trim including baseboards, interior or exterior doors, casing, crown molding, chair rail, custom stairways, and wall and ceiling details. Every DMI home is built by the most experienced and knowledgeable carpenters in the area.
STUCCO/PLASTER
Our crews have many years of experience applying stucco and plaster finishes resulting in incredible consistency and quality in the end product. Plaster is a superior finish to drywall providing easy repair, superior sound insulation, and a higher quality finish on your interior walls. DMI homes include hand troweled plaster as the finish on all interior walls.
PAINTING
Our painting crew has many years of experience applying quality coating systems including interior and exterior painting systems, furniture finish woodwork, and complete exterior water proofing systems. A high quality paint job is an investment that will protect your home for years to come. All DMI homes include an exterior premium paint system designed to last for years in the harsh Florida climate.
CUSTOM CABINETRY
Triad’s cabinet shop can craft custom made cabinets for your space using materials from mica and thermo foil to the finest quality wood cabinetry. We also provide a great selection of granite, quartz, solid surface, cultured marble, or mica countertops. From kitchen and bath to custom closets and entertainment centers our cabinet division can handle the project from design to completion. All DMI homes have the finest quality thermo foil cabinets, crafted in our own shop and custom made for the space.
WINDOWS, HURRICANE SHUTTERS, AND DOORS
Triad's window, shutter, and door division supplies the finest quality windows, doors, and hurricane shutters to protect your home. From impact resistant windows and doors to motorized roll up shutters we do it all. Not only will we supply and install your impact resistant windows and hurricane shutters our professional and experienced staff will make any necessary repairs including drywall/plaster repair, sill repair, stucco repair, and touch up painting. When we are done your job will be COMPLETE requiring no additional worry, work, or expense from you.
